Inspection Comments | A FOLLOW-UP WAS DONE TO CHECK ON THE PAPERWORK. I WENT DOWN TO HAND THEM THE FORMS. FACILITY STARTED TO HAVE THE EMPLOYEES READ THROUGH AND SIGN RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT. REMINDED THE OWNER TO MAKE SURE HE KEEPS THE COPIES IN THE OFFICE FOR ME TO REVIEW DURING THE NEXT ROUTINE INSPECTION. NO FURTHER FOLLOW-UPS ARE NEEDED FOR THIS ITEM AT THIS TIME. |
